Each manuscript will undergo a rigorous plagiarism check using trusted similarity detection tools (e.g., Turnitin or iThenticate), and any paper showing substantial overlap (generally over 15–20%, excluding references and standard phrases) will be rejected. Proper citation and acknowledgment of prior work are mandatory. The use of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Bard, or similar) for writing or content generation must be transparently disclosed, and authors are solely responsible for the integrity and originality of the submitted content. Any form of plagiarism—including AI-generated plagiarism—data fabrication, duplicate submission, or unethical research practice will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to the authors’ institutions. Authors must also disclose any conflicts of interest and ensure ethical compliance in all aspects of their submission.

Review and Acceptance
All submitted papers to IMPACT 2025 will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by a panel of experienced reviewers from both academia and industry. Each submission will be evaluated on the basis of originality, technical soundness, relevance to the conference themes, clarity of presentation, and overall contribution to the field. Based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the decision of the Technical Program Committee, papers will be either accepted, recommended for revision, or rejected. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer and must be presented by at least one of the authors at the conference. Failure to present the accepted paper may result in its exclusion from the final proceedings.
